THE NEW STAR OF JAPANESE ART, MADSAKI, LAUCHED HIS MUCH ANTICIPATED SOLO EXHIBITION "IF I HAD A DREAM" AT PERROTIN HONG KONG.
The exhibition showcasing a collection of original artworks of paintings. The artist showing love to one of his heroes, Andy Warhol with his signature remix of old artwork in his own style. Brillo boxes, skulls and flowers from Warhol are recreated. Included in the exhibition is Madsaki's look at Hong Kong cinema with a series of paintings depicting scenes from movies like "Internal Affairs" and "In the Mood for Love."
