It's back! Miami art week is upon us. bringing some of the largest art exhibitions in the world to our backyard here in Miami. So much to do in such little time. The annual gathering of artists, collectors, gallerists, and entertainers is here and we've put together a list of some of our favorite things to do and see during Art week.
​
Most exhibitions will run from November 29th through December 4th. It would be impossible to see it all. so We've put together our list of stops to make along the week. Enjoy!

MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT
​
The Miami Design District is a creative neighborhood featuring cutting-edge fashion, culture, design, and dining. This year THE STATE OF ART - Architect-designer Germane Barnes is the winner of the Annual Design Commission. Barnes’ winning installation, Rock | Roll, was designed as a celebration of the BIPOC communities who have shaped Miami’s one-of-a-kind, polyethnic culture, from the city’s foundations to today. The best neighborhood for high-end shopping and culture.

ART BASEL MIAMI BEACH

Art Basel is the main event of the week. Located at the Miami Beach Convention Center, Art Basel Miami Beach showcases leading galleries from five continents show significant works by masters of Modern and contemporary art, as well as the new generation of emerging stars.

UNTITLED ART FAIR
Dec 1st - 3rd
Untitled Art is the leading independent art fair taking place annually on the sands of Miami Beach. Guided by a mission to support the wider art ecosystem, Untitled Art offers an inclusive platform for discovering contemporary art and prioritizes collaboration in each aspect of the fair.

This is a must see exhibition. The list of galleries and artists is always well curated. The setting is beautiful and the drinks and eats are always top notch.

DESIGN MIAMI
Nov 30th - Dec 4th
Design Miami's flagship collectible furniture design fairs in Miami, feature selling-exhibitions as well as speaker panels, gallery presentations, awards, and unique design commissions.
Design Miami/ fairs attract designers, gallerists, museum curators, critics, celebrities and collectors from all over the world.

WYNWOOD ART DISTRICT
​
The Wynwood Arts District is one of the largest and most prominent creative communities in the US. Wynwood has been the center of the Miami art scene now for the better part of two decades. A street art heaven, it's a place where you can get lost walking up and down the street admiring murals from the best and more respected street artists in the world. Forget to stop by the Wynwood Walls, where you'll find larger than life artworks in an open art gallery.

SCOPE ART FAIR
​
CELEBRATING ITS 21ST EDITION, SCOPE MIAMI BEACH RETURNS TO ITS BESPOKE PAVILION ON THE SANDS OF OCEAN DRIVE AND 8TH STREET. HONORING ITS PERPETUAL MISSION TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR EXPERIENTIAL INNOVATION AND DISCOVERY, SCOPE WILL WELCOME 150+ DIVERSE CONTEMPORARY EXHIBITORS FEATURING THE NEW CONTEMPORARY, A GENRE THAT STANDS AS A CRITICAL CONTRIBUTION TO BOTH GLOBAL POLITICS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. ORIGINALLY NAMED THE SCOPE FOUNDATION, THE NEW CONTEMPORARY PRESENTS DAILY PROGRAMMING AMONGST LARGE-SCALE INSTALLATIONS THAT BEND, BLEND, AND TRANSCEND GENRE.

RUBELL MUSEUM
Nov 28th - Dec 4th
​
Rubell Museum will open a new exhibitions during Miami Art Week. Three new exhibitions will be on view: a solo show by artist Alexandre Diop, a presentation of new acquisitions, and highlights from the collection.
​
Nike will also host “Virgil Abloh: The Codes c/o Architecture,” a four-day experience celebrating the late designer’s creative legacy. The program will run from Dec. 1 to 4 at the Rubell Museum in Miami and feature discussions, exhibitions, and workshops around Abloh’s work.
​

NADA

​
This year marks both the 20th edition of NADA Miami—which held its inaugural edition in 2003 with just 35 exhibitors—as well as the 20th anniversary of the New Art Dealers Alliance, which was founded in 2002.
